Flotation systems

Flotation treatment enables musts and fruit juices destined for fermentation and concentration to be clarified in a continuous process.

The rapid separation of the lees from the must exalts the aromatic content of the future wine, which is consequently fermented in absolutely pure conditions.

Other advantages offered by the flotation comes complete with a round tank for separating the solids by means of an economical process.
